Nicole Blanco-Goff is an Industrial Engineer and manufacturing operations leader with 15+ years of experience across operations, operational excellence, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, and multi-site manufacturing.
Her career includes extensive experience within manufacturing operations and across different business environments, giving her a practical perspective on leading teams through growth, change, operational challenges, and transformation.
